I have Reduced my Intake of Metformin to 1 Pill 6 AM, 1 Pill 6PM. I take Antara at Bedtime any Exercise During the Day My Sugar Drops from 110 to 65 in 5 minutes or less. 100 yards Walking or a single Dance!!
