Updatedim on my 3rd day taking this tablet after citaloperam stopped working, doc put me on 60mg but feel worse so he has said I should start on 30 mg for a week . is it normal to feel worse before u feel better and can me suddenly stopping takin citalopram cause worse affects along side starting these tablets , im desparate for any advise please x

Yes, it is normal to feel worse, before you feel better with most antidepressant/anxiety medications. It usually takes about 3 weeks, before it eases off and things improve, if it's working for you.
The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, dry mouth and weight changes.
