I've been taking cortal daily since last december. I have taken one pack of it as a contraceptive. What might be its side effects?

effective po ba ang cortal ? pampaalis ng bata sa sinapupunan? kelan po ba maguumpisa ang bilang pag nalaman mong buntis ka? pakisagot naman po need ko po ng answer nyu please :(
