Qualitest Zolpidem

I have insomnia issues long term since APS related migraines etc.. Loved the Zolpidem 5mg pink caplets(oval) as could break even into 3 if it is 4 in the morning but am bouncing off rem sleep. My pharmacy no longer carries that brand but uses tiny 5 mg unbreakable white circular pills. The full 5 mg gives me that awful "hangover"How can I find a pharmacy that carries this 5 mg pink caplet?? How much is it? My insurance won't cover unless it is through their pharmacy. It is worth paying a little more if I can get by taking less & not wiping out the next day.

Are you saying your previous brand you liked was Qualitest? Ive only ever used the 10mg so I dont know specifically what Qualitest 5 looks like. However, if it was Qualitest you had before and liked, you are out of luck like me and many others like us. Qualitest stopped manufacturing Zolpidem. That was the ONLY rock solid generic too. Very sad. Im stuck with Mylan for now but still searching for a better brand

You can still cut the new tablets, as long as your doctor approves, most pharmacies carry relatively inexpensive pills cutters that will make it easier to do so.

The FDA lists the other typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, funny taste in mouth, hallucinations, and sleep actions.

I have been through this ordeal and sometimes it feel that my entire months script was a waste. Up until our American pharmacies have been getting dirt cheap out of country scripts this has read become a problem. Qualities was the cheapest option you could get, yet it beat mylt an many others. I don't know why pur government feels with all going on all over the free countries. Can't we at least keep our medication supplied by the USA !
