I was intimate with my bf and my pregnancy test is showing negative,but now my periods are 12 days late.please suggest me which medicine I can take to regulate my period timing???

I am 30 yrs old but my period does come every month. It comes once every three months or so, like it came in January and it came again in June. I have been taking so many drugs and herbs all to no avail. I am married with no issue. Pls tell me what to do to make my period cycle more regular?
