Memo Plus Gold is ideal for children 13 years old or as young as 7 years old. Best to take 1 capsule a day after breakfast.

For children who have difficulty swallowing the capsule, we suggest opening
up the capsule and pouring the content onto a teaspoon of honey or any multi
vitamin syrup, to make a substitute syrup variant.

Yes you may. There is no overdose or harm in taking more than the recommended use. One capsule twice or thrice daily is just fine especially during review period.

Hi, I would just like to ask if the effect of Memo Plus Gold would come out within the span of 2 weeks or 3.?? If not, do I need to take it 3x a day.?? And my friend told me when she uses the product, she felt sleepy.. Is that side effect continuously.??

Yes, you may lower the dose to 1 capsule a day after 3 months of continuous use. However, you can still continue taking 1 capsule two times a day as maintenance to get the full benefit of Memo Plus Gold.

i have epilepsy and I'm taking Lamictal for over 2 years.Ask ko lang po kung ok lng pagsabayin ang memo plus at ang maintenace ko kase sobrang bumabagsak ang memory ko. Yun po kase ang side effect ng Lamictal sa epileptic patient..sana po matulungan nyo ko xe nahihirapan nako sa trabaho.sobrang makakalimutin..thank u po! and God bless!!!
