My mother has a couple of types of pills in one bottle, she does not remember putting them in with others and does not remember taking either pill. The bottle says nifedipine. Nifedipine is on her drug list from her doctor. (She is often confused.) the second pills are kind of a rusty red color, round tablets with a capital B on one side and a 60 on the other. Can you let me know what these are?

M 482 is Nifedipine Extended Release 60mgs, B 60 is the same thing!
