what is it?
Small white pill scored on one side the other side a captal M with 1B under it. It might be a 18 under it. What is this? Someone told me it was a 1 milligram klonopin but I don't remember white klonopins. Especially since it is not completely flat like a Valium
The tablet with the M 18 marking actually contains 25mgs of Metoprolol, which is a beta blocker that's used to treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions.
Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache and stomach pain.
Learn more Metoprolol details here.
Is there anything else I can help with?
