APAP is just medical speak for 500mgs of Acetaminophen and the 5mgs of Hydrocodone is a narcotic pain reliever.
Some of the most common side effects include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
While the narcotic is dangerous, taking too many of these is actually much more dangerous because of the Acetaminophen. It would take only 6 of these tablets to reach dangerous levels of the Acetaminophen and an overdose on it can be fatal.
