Hidrasec contains the active ingredient Racecadotril and is used to treat acute diarrhea. This is a medication from Thailand.

Some possible side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, constipation and headaches.

Since this is a medication not approved in the US, I am unable to find information regarding efficacy and drug studies, sorry.
