How Long Does Clonazepam Stay In Urine For A 10 Panel Drug Test (Top voted first)

I had a death in the family and a fam member gave me 2mg of klonopin at the funeral. I was hysterical but I knew better because I'm on probation and am subject to 10 panel ua's. How long b4 I'm in the clear?

I was prescribed Clonazepam, .5mg tab, cut 1/2 the tablet AM and 1/2 the tablet PM for anxiety due to death in family, recent job loss and related problems.

Been on the medication for 1 week. I have a job interview next week, Need the job! Will this show up in a drug screen. Should I notify them in advance?

I have a done extensive research for my boyfriend on this subject. Clonazepam and lorazepam DO NOT show up on a regular UA screen. They require a Mass Specometry( costs an extrs $38 at lab so it's generally not done). Alprazolam is 2-7 days depending on dose and frequency of use and Valium (diazepam) really DOES show up for 6 solid weeks. Besides research, this has been my experience over the past 12 years. I hope this helps with some of your questions.

I have been taking 4mg of clonazepam (Klonopin) a day for 6 years for Severe Anxiety & Terrible Panic Attacks, I am on a drug treatment program so I get occasional urine tests which are fine by me because I've been clean for 7 years, but on my last urine test they said I had NO KLONOPIN IN MY SYSTEM!!! This BAFFLES ME! I had JUST TOOKEN MY DOSE THE NIGHT BEFORE!!! PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!!!! Their trying to say ITS NOT POSSIBLE!! OBVIOUSLY I KNOW IT'S POSSIBLE! Someone PLEASE WEIGH IN ON THIS!!??!!?? THANK YOU!!

Clonazepam or klonopin is the only benzo that doesnt show up in urines i get tested at a clinic twice a month and never had a positive urine once but u hav to watch when you take your pill these meds are the fastest absorbing benzos with our metabolism it is up to 24hrs but for example i have to take my meds before 4pm and then not go to clinic before 11am and im straight but if i take meds late at night and go earlier next day thats when i had a positive and have been good with this for 2 yrs i just cant get sloppy and not keep track of when i am taking them. I also have a medical background so i know more info but just sounds foreign if not in lamens terms.

yes ive had the same experience with clonezepam not showing up in a ua. I was a daily user of 2mg minimum, and it was never detected. Strange.

My prescribed large dose of klonopin is not picked up in the urine screens at my methadone clinic. And we've used several different labs. The methadone Dr. said this would be so, for some reason k'pins are the only benzodiazepine that does so. So you COULD luck out, just maybe.

I have had the same experience at my methadone clinic ALWAYS, UNTIL last month when our clinic started using a different lab. I did some research and learned the clonozepam and lorazepam often are not detected by the common Immunoassay way test because of the way they metabolize in many people UNLESS a second test called a Mass Spectrometer test is done. My best guess is that the new lab uses this additional test for klonopin and lorazepam because of the strict benzo policy. Sucks for me because now that ive kept passing I developed a small habit.

NO!!! Diazepam is the one with the longest half-life up to like 72 hr. The clearing of drugs, however, does have to do with you body mass index, renal function, etc.

Depends what the pain management md is looking for. I accidentally took one from my drawer thinking it was a dilaudid. I couldn't explain it. He almost dumped me. I went home and cleared out all old pill boxes.

I have been taking 4-6 mg of Klonopin for sleep and anxiety nightly for months.

I need to be "clean" for a drug test and they watch you pee so I guess I won't be sleeping prior to the test. The question is how long?

I also take:
Sonata
Lunesta
and
Rozerem (prescription-type Melatonin)

to sleep since my problems are so severe.

Do I need to stop any or all of these 3 these also?

If so, for how long?

I will take Melatonin, Somnapure and tons of OTC pills to help, but doubt they will help.

Any advice would be appreciated. This is a very serious job.
