These are synthetic hormones, so there is a possibility that they may cause quite a few side effects, such as nausea, headache, weight gain, acne, irregular bleeding, cramping, fluid retention and others.

The risks are greater for older women and for smokers.

If you don't have to take these, I really think everyone should explore their other options, such as natural bio-identical hormone replacement and natural balancing.
