My findings state that there are potentially unsafe interactions that apply to fluconazole & nitrofurantoin. Quoted below are the precautions you should be aware of:
"Using fluconazole together with nitrofurantoin may increase the risk of liver and lung toxicity. This may be more likely to occur in older adults or those with a debilitating condition. Talk with your doctor before using these medications together. Call the doctor if you have side effects such as cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, or pain. It is important to tell your doctor about all other medications you use, including vitamins and herbs. Do not stop using any medications without first talking to your doctor."
On another note, I would also encourage you to refrain from using too many antibiotics at once in the future, since this can actually cause or worsen an existing yeast infection (such as candida).
Hope this info helps!
