My son is 16 years old. His height is only 5'1. He has been taking cherifer pgm for a year now but stll no increase in height yet. Is it ok if he still continue taking cherifer pgm for long years? Can he take vitamin B1, B6. B12 while taking cherifer pgm?

eat protein rich foods, have enough sleep, do stretching everyday and drink milk.... u will grow... i think gloxi is effective in others... i think cherifer is only for teenagers to be effective...
