What country are you in?

From what I can find, this pill is from the U.K., the pill with this marking in the U.S. looks completely different.

Unfortunately, it seems that no one has found an ID for it, yet.

Does anyone know what this is?

It is 20mg Citalopram - (brand names: Celexa, Cipramil) is an antidepressant drug of the selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) class. It has U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approval to treat major depression, and is prescribed off-label for a number of anxiety conditions.
