That is definately a medication called narco. It's hydrocodone (vicodine) and acetametaphin used for moderate-severe pain. It is also a narcotic, a synthetic opiate. I would have a chat with your sister and ask why she had this if she has no perscription... Could be a BIG RED FLAG in the area of opiate abuse/addiction. Opiate abuse will ruin her life. It makes ppl steal and lie to get what they need as the withdrawls are HORRIBLE causing ppl to do anything they have to just to get their hands on their next fix to make the pain/sickness go away. The withdrawls (depending on the severity of the addiction) can be debilitating. I would describe the feeling being similar to having the worst flu known to man and even that's putting it lightly. Opiate withdrawl will not kill you, but it has been known to cause ppl to commit suicide as a lot of addicts will tell u they would rather die then feel that ever again and I have to agree, coming from a former opiate addict myself, I'd also rather die then EVER fell that again. So keep an eye out, it's just as painful as her sister to have to watch someone go through it as it is to be the one going through it. Goodluck!!!!

If it was vicodin it would have clear markings that a pharmacy could determine. I have a harmless vitamin supplement that is white with red specks and no markings. Don't get people all excited if you don't know what you are talking about.
