When I take the yellow Norco 10-325, I usually wait about 30 minutes till they take affect and most often feel somewhat energized and a bit more relaxed. When I take the P110 10-325 hydrocodone, I feel lethargic and often drowsy and sad. Why is there such a difference?

Well, there can be some fluctuation in the amount of the active ingredients when go from a name brand, such as Norco, to a generic, like the one with the IP 110 marking.

Hydrocodone is a narcotic and you may actually be getting a little more of it in the generic one, so that may be why you feel more lethargic and drowsy when you take it.

Learn more Norco details here.

If it's that problematic, you could try asking your doctor to prescribe it as brand medically necessary, to avoid the problem.

Are there any other questions or comments?

Cause narco is 10/325...10mg Hydrocodone APAP and 325mg of Acetaminophen (Tylenol) IP110 IP stands for Ibuprofen. Look your meds up. Usually the IP 110 are only 7.5mg Codone. Norcos and Lortabs and Lorcet down To Vicodin are always a temp solution. 72% of people under the age of 40 who have had to take an opiate for any length of time more than the duration considered Detoxifying from Opiate dependency, will in some form move all the way to Oxycodone and Roxicodone. Thank you China!
