I am 28 and had taken 30-60mg of vyvanse for 2 weeks and it was working very well. I recently started taking 30mg armour thyroid and it seems that the vyvanse doesn't work as well or at all. I was wondering if I need to try a different ADD med or up the dose of Vyvanse. I read that the Vyvanse works by digestion then filtering through the liver and adderall is through bead technology. So IF ANYONE HAS ANY FEEDBACK ON EITHER DRUG IT WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED.

I am taking a high blood pressure medication, Verapamil, and I am just starting on Vyvanse. I'm not sure if this is going to affect my blood pressure in a bad way. Any help? ## Vynase is a stimulant medication, therefore, yes it can cause an elevation in your blood pressure and heart rate. Where these both prescribed by the same doctor? Do they know of your blood pressure problem and that you take medications for it? Other side effects to Vynase can include: nausea, insomnia and weight loss. You can read more on it here:

I have been taking Vyvanse 50mg for about 1 1/2 yrs. Recently (2 days ago) I discovered I was pregnant. In researching online their are side effects of the unborn child. Need advice as far as weaning off the Rx all together. I have contacted my physician, just waiting for a call back. ## Vynase contains the active ingredient Lisdexampheatmine, a stimulant used to treat ADHD and Narcolepsy. Have you spoken to your doctor, yet? this site is not medical professionals and your doctor must carefull weigh any possible risks to you and a baby with the possible benefits of a medication.

My son takes 50mg of Vyvanse, I noticed some missing he said if he forgets one he doubles up the next day. He's 150 pounds and 16 years old. He has never did that before, can he do that? ## I wouldn't recommend doubling any kind of drugs, unless okayed by his M.D. To learn more about the dosage, click on the link below... I found this in my son's room. It is a orange and white capsule that says mrp 104 for 30 mg ## I believe I found the capsule in description to be Vyvanse. I was unable to retrieve a photo of the capsule, however information I have gathered states the same number and colors referring back to a Vyvanse capsule. Vyvanse is an extended-release formulation of D-Amphetamine. I believe that it's generic name is Lisdexamfetamine; consisting of the essential amino acid L-lysine and Amphetamine. Hello, I am on adderall XR for adult ADHD and fatigue due to fibromyalgia and RSD and COmplex regional pain syndrome....how does it compare in strength for fatigue concentration compare to Vyvanse as Vyvanse is the prodrug of D-amphetimine& a single enantimoer vs mixed such as adderall? thank you very much for any feedback! ## Vyvanse is roughly 1/3 as strong as Adderall so 30-40mg is about equal 10mg Adderall.
