Vicodin Fourteen Dollars A Month

Vicidon ESis fourteen dollars a month for 150 pills. My Doc took me off vicidon because of the aspirin in it. I can't afford the oxycodone or others we've tried. Does anyone know of something I could recommend to my Doc that is in the same price range as vicodin? Thank you

Vicodin ES doesn't contain Aspirin, it contains Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen.

And as to something that would be cheaper, the prices can vary from area to area and pharmacy to pharmacy, for instance, when I had an infected tooth and bought the lowest dose, generic Vicodin here, just 20 tablets cost me around $50, so you should check with your pharmacy, to get ideas and prices from your pharmacist.

Depending the dose that your physician gave you, the acetaminophen part doesn't have to prevent you from use. Obviously taking the least amount is the best solution. Did your doctor prescribe 10/325? That is Norco. You can actually take up to 4g of acetaminophen a day without impacting your liver. That is the maximum, I would not exceed 1.5 personally, but the 10/325 gives you a lot of room. If you can get the doctor on board, that will be your best bet. Percocet and friends are harder to control from a mental and physical standpoint. I am in the pain boat as well, but have not found a doctor that seems to be as generous as yours. Can you give the name? I have legitimate pain.
