Thyronorm - Dosage, Weakness, Low Sodium

A woman relative, around 60 yr of age, taking 100 mcg thyronorm as prescribed by Dr. She has fatty infiltration of liver, small stones in gall bladder, complains of nagging pain on the right lower side (between pelvic region and Liver) suffers from terrible weakness, especially in the morning hours (before breakfast) and is anxious about not getting cured from her condition. Question is how to adjust the quantity of thyronorm (dose in mcgs)? When is it best taken to see that thyroxine is available when needed by the body? Does thyronorm affect sodium metabolism to reduce its blood levels to cause weakness?

I was prescribed 75 mcg thyronorm per day. i have been taking it for past 20 minths. now myTSH levels are less than minimum levels since 1 year. I started pain in my both the arms ( hind arms) which is increasing day by day. I am not diabetic. My T3 and T4 levels are always normal. could this pain in arms due to overdosage of Thyronorm?

my mom is 45years old she was prescribed 0.75mcg thyronorm but that dose is not avilable and they given 75mcg but after taking tablet she is getting more pain in neck region is this due to overdose of tablet and her weight is 75kgs.

Can thyronorm cause reduced sodium levels in blood? My sodium level is 156 and I'm in a lot of pain. Please guide me as my doctor said I have to reduce my sodium level.

She should take the dosage that has been prescribed, but her doctor should also be checking her thyroid levels every 3 months, or so, and adjust her medication, as needed.

The NIH lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, hair loss, mood changes, and weight changes.

When did all of the people concerned have their last blood work done? Are they on any other medications?
