The correct name of the active ingredient in Lofecam is Lornoxicam, it is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that is used to treat pain, fever and swelling.
Side effects may include: nausea, dizziness, headache and stomach irritation.

PNZ contains the active ingredient Pantoprazole, it is a proton pump inhibitor that is used to reduce the amount of acid produced by the stomach, to treat or prevent conditions such as ulcers, Gastritis, GERD and heartburn.
It is often given to someone taking something like the Lornoxicam, to prevent the stomach irritation that I mentioned, because the NSAIDs can cause your stomach to produce more acid than usual.

As to the Neurof, I can't find anything listed for it and I did check several variations of it. Are you certain of the name and spelling?
thanx for feedback. now about :NEUROF. Its manufactured by Flora & Pharma,Gujarat,India. It comprises: methylcobalamin,Folic acid,Thiamine Mononitrate,Alpha lipoic acid. One more constituent illegible due to a scissor cut its HCL part is readable.Anyway these all are brothers and sisters of Vit-B ,perhaps. Can they correct my neuro prob,if any?arised due to L4,L5,S1 distortion?
Thanks for posting back with the information. And yes, everything you listed are different B Vitamins.
The reason these are often given to people that suffer from neuropathic pain is because it has been shown that a deficiency in them can cause or aggravate such pain. Some people experience great improvement, just by adding the proper amounts back into their bodies.
Now, I can't say whether or not it will solve your problem, but since it is just a nutritional supplement, there is really no harm in trying it and seeing if it helps you.

You should be aware, however, that some people have reported experiencing nausea, after taking these and you shouldn't take more than the recommended amount, because too much of some B vitamins, such as B12 can be just as dangerous as not having enough.
