Telsar contains the active ingredient Telmisartan, which is an ARB that's most commonly used to treat high blood pressure, but it may also be used to treat certain cardiac conditions.

My age is 43, Male. I had blood Pressure problem, 90/150, So Doctor suggested 1 Telsar 40 everyday. From last 4 years I am regulary taking 1 tablet everday at night.
I have very much normal blood pressure since then.
But I noted from last 1 or 2 years I have problem of potency. Also calcium level has also dipped. All I want to ask is above effect due to Telsar 40
