Synap Forte is excellent for pain relief after surgery or more serious pain such as back pain - spinal surgery etc etc - which have had- I have been taking Synap on and off for over 15 years and have never suffered any side effects - but then I only take it when ABSOLUTELY necessary and I treat ALL medication in this manner - read the inserts and speak to your Dr who prescribes meds for you and get advise on any medication.
For REAL pain Synap Forte rules !! By the way it has been on the market for over 30 years now.
