Stomach Pain And Motion Problem

from past 1&half years m having stomach ache.
motion problem icant stool.
main problem is when iI pee 'im getting a clear fluid like a gel'
i'dunno y it is cuming.

pls help me guys. :(

Are you currently taking any medications, supplements, or possibly eating certain foods that might be attributing to these symptoms?

Indigestion is often related to a lack of enzymes in the intestines and stomach that help break down food. This can be caused by not consuming enough fresh fruits and vegetables on a regular basis. But also if your body is dehydrated. In either case, it may also be good idea to try using a laxative for additional relief.

If that fails I would simply suggest making an appointment with a Gastroenterologist, who's primary focus is on the digestive system and its disorders. They may be able to help diagnose the problem if you feel that nothing else is working.
