I had jadelle put in 6 months after I gave birth to my daughter and she is now a year and 10 months old, so I decided to take it off because I am planning to get pregnant but I have not seen my menstruation for 2 months now after I took it off. I feel really heavy in my tummy but I checked and am not pregnant, should I be nervous now or is it normal?

Before insertion of Jadelle in September 2018, my periods were just normal and heavy. My periods became lighter with time. I had the Jadelle removed in December 2021 but my periods are still light very light....it's been 9 months now since I stopped. I just want it to go back to normal? How long should I wait?

Yes it is normal they say you can get pregnant immediately after removal

Hi l' m using jadel this is my 5th year but since last week my back was sore and my stomach was hot in side l do several pregnant test but it's negative so I'm now confused

I have jadelle, now it's been one year and five months since l put it in. All of a sudden l have lost a lot of weight. I will just remove it and see if I'll gain back my weight.

I removed my jadelle implant after 3 months as i wasn't happy with it. But i still haven't had my period and its been 2 months

I have this exact problem, i have no idea what it was and i only had my jadelle in for just under 3 months as it was causing me sharp pains. It has been 2 months and i still have the pain in my arm

l have had jadelle for 4yrs now. recently l have noticed dark blood coming out. lts not much but lasts almost 2weeks and goes. Should l be worried?

You need to get it removed and let your body clean up the synthetic hormones before you choose another way, i just got mine removed

Hi, I have had jadelle for about 3 years and I had the inserts removed two months ago. My worry is that I am not having periods and my stomach is so heavy that I grasp for air. Is there anything I could do to normalise things, coz this condition is making me feel weak. Please help.

My wife had jadelle removed just after a year and some months due to headache, dizziness, abdominal pains, weakness, and tiredness. Almost three years after removal the effects haven't gone. What could be wrong?

I used jadelle for 5 months from 2017-04-19 to 2017-08-10, and I am still feeling sick, heavy in my head, it's like my eyes are not seeing properly. Please help me figure this out cause I am stressed. Has anyone had a similar experience?

I used jadelle for 3 yrs. I removed it in november 2011 and by january 2012 i was expectant. I have tried it again in my 5th year though it will be expiring in september. In the 4th year it has caused me to have an irregular menses and prolonged bleeding, but I still think it's the best.

I was on jadelle for 5yrs and after its expiration, only one rod was seen for removal. All efforts to find the other one was non-conclusive and after a year of removal of one rod no pregnancy occurred. What is the side effect of the lost rod in the body and what can be done aside from an ultra sound scan or x ray to locate it?
