Ranmipril And Coversyl

I am thinking of switching from 10 mg Ramipril to Coversyl.
Does anyone know what the equivalent dose of Coversyl is please?

Each 2.5mg of Ramipril is equivalent to 4mgs of the Perindopril in the Coversyl, so you'd be looked at about 16mgs as an equivalent dosage.

Why are you thinking of switching? Is the Ramipril not working for you?

Thanks the Ram works fine, but my wife who is a Diabetic Educator works with the Diabetes specilist Docs, and they think Coversyl is slightly better than Ramipril.
