Prolia & Ldn

I take ldn for ms...it does help my energy level. My dr wants me to start Prolia for osteoporosis. This drug effects the immune system. I know ldn helps to boost the immune system. Can these 2 drugs be taken together? I need to make a decision soon. I'd like to hear about anyone with ms using Prolia.....I'm scared.

I just had a Prolia injection 2 weeks ago. I can tell you this, I would rather be in a wheelchair in a nursing home than have this in my system. It completely and totally DELETES YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM. I'm really sick and need to go to the ER but I cannot be around other sick people without an immune system. I will NEVER have another one in my lifetime. Also have a couple of very needed surgeries scheduled that will most probably be cancelled because I have NO IMMUNE SYSTEM. I would bet the Clinical Trials on humans were done in India and the FDA got screwed up results. Look for yourself at ALL the side effects. Do you want these???? First ruined my bones with one year of pred and now did this to me. Thanks Doc.

I didn't find any interactions listed between Prolia, and Naltrexone, but it is always best to double check with your doctor, and pharmacist to be sure.

Prolia has been known to cause some problematic side effects, according to FDA reports, which may include nausea, joint/muscle pain, severe diarrhea, headache, and shortness of breath.

Poodle, I am very sorry about how miserable you are, and the issues you are experiencing after Prolia treatment. Some people cannot tolerate it, at all, unfortunately. Have you consulted your doctor about these problems?
