Pinom-a 40 Tablet And Its Side Effects

I am regularly taking one tab of Pinom-A 40 after dinner. I feel very uncomfortable with this drug. My blood pressure is 110/100. Should I continue this medicine? Will it affect my kidneys? Please suggest.

How long have you been taking it? What do you mean by saying you feel uncomfortable?

The U.S. FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension.

It has been known to affect kidneys, but very rarely.

Frequent urination, frequency of intake of water is more during night : more than five times (one litre or more) , nausea dizziness drowsiness is associated. If it affects kidney , should I stop the drug? A low dose may be recommended if suitable. I have got sugar ,Fasting 98 - 100 varies but PP is more 140 sometime 200 . I am taking medicines regularly Glycomet GP 2 before breakfast and Glycomet SR 500 after dinner.

For the last 10years I am taking this medicine. Frequent urination during night at an interval of one hour. Very uncomfortable as I get up at every hourly interval . It may harm kidney then.
