have u looked at pharmacy or book of pills
i wouldn't take it it is a conspiracy and you will die
The closest match which i was able to locate was a WHITE round pill with the imprint code M over 52.
Can you please verify at the link below if this is what you have?

If the picture is a match then it's a 5 mg Pindolol, used to treat high blood pressure.
If this is not what you have, can you please post any additional details about the pill, such as what country, web site, or store you obtained it from?
Hope this helps...
i have looked everywhere for it i got it off the street from someone and stupid me took it cant find it anywhere it is blue not white about 5 mg in size m 52 imprint on it
What were some of the effects of the pill?
dry mouth heart racing at first now a lot of bloating and pain in lower abdomen diarrhea got it in ga
Unfortunately still unable to find a definite ID for a blue pill with M 52 on it. It is most likely a foreign medication.
Here are some reported side effects of Pindolol [1], just in case you have been experiencing more of them:
Side effects that you should report to your doctor or health care professional as soon as possible:
•chest pain
•cold, tingling, or numb hands or feet
•confusion
•difficulty breathing, wheezing
•irregular heartbeat
•muscle aches and pains
•skin rash
•slow heart rate
•sweating
•swollen legs or ankles
•tremor, shakes
•vomiting
Side effects that usually do not require medical attention (report to your doctor or health care professional if they continue or are bothersome):
•anxiety
•change in sex drive or performance
•depression
•diarrhea
•dry or burning eyes
•headache
•nausea
Out of curiosity, was your intention to take that pill recreationally? What were you told it would do for you? Just to make it clear, nobody is here to judge you in any way, what you do is your own business. It's just the more info the better when it comes to finding an answer.
