Updatedhi. I just started oxyneo 10mg. Says on the bottle once a day. When would be the best time? Day or night?? Anyone?

It depends on what works best for you.
The U.S. FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth, and constipation.
So, some people do take it at night, so the drowsiness and dizziness are not as strong in the morning.
