This is a narcotic pain reliever. The difference between this and Darvon is that the Darvon only contains Propoxyphene, not the Acetaminophen. Some of the most common side effects include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

However, if you will respond back with the markings on the pill itself, I can check what it is and let you know for sure if it what you are asking about. The reason I ask is because I ran a search and the only pill which came up as a close visual match is a white oblong tablet, with M360 on one side, and a score mark in the middle of the other side. If this is what you have then it's a common mix of Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone (essentially a generic Vicodin), which is a narcotic pain killer. I have searched everywhere and havent had any luck finding my pill. It's a white oblong pill no imprints on 1 side and P337 imprinted on the other side. ## The reason you are having trouble finding this is because it is an over the counter item. Since OTC items are not regulated as strictly as prescription drugs, there is no comprehensive database listing all of their imprint codes. This tablet contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen, 30mgs of Pseudoephedrine and 2mgs of Chlorpheniramine. This is a cold remedy.

I had a prescription for Voicodin 7.5 a few months ago for a tooth ache. Well, my tooth is hurting again and I was going to take this, but the label is faded and I am not sure now. Thanks for your help! ## This tablet contains 750mgs of Acetaminophen and 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone, a generic for Vicodin. However, you should see a dentist to find out what is causing the tooth to hurt, pain medication will only mask the pain for awhile, while the underlying problem with still be there and should be fixed.

Generics medications are manufactured by many different companies and each one will have different markings, according to federal law. When restocking their supply, pharmacies obtain new stock from whichever company is offering the cheapest at the moment.
