BEEN ON 30 MG OXYCODONE 4 A DAY N 15 MG OXYCODONE 3 DAY FOR BREAKTHRU.ALL R IM RELEASE.SHOULD I CHANGE THE 30 MG TO 60 OF MORPHINE ER.SINCE THE EXTENDED RELEASE WILL LAST LONGER N KEEP THE 15 FOR BREAKTHRU? ## Swapping the Oxycodone for Morphine sounds like a good approach if you need to try something different for tolerance reasons. But with regards to potency, Oxycodone is said to be approx. 1.5x more potent than Morphine on a milligram to milligram basis. So I can't say for certain if 60mgs of Morphine ER will be quite enough to replace Oxycodone 30mgs. It's probably worth trying though since you'd have the 15mg Oxycodone for backup relief. I have been sent back and forth between doctors offering "special treatments" or surgeries for my back. I have fibro and a bulging disk and scoliosis. I just can't get medication cause the abuse is so high... Does anyone know of a doctor who is willing to prescribe pain medication (oxycodone) in Salt Lake City, UT? ## Hi Joe, Unfortunately, no one can really know ahead of time what a doctor is or is not willing to prescribe, as that is based on the doctor's discretion and not just on someone else's previous appointment (especially since many doctor's are now worried about losing their licensing for prescribing too many narcotics). it is a little smaller than an asprin, it is round & white, on the front of the pill, it has the number 114 then a straight line under the number, & the back of the pill is blank. ## This tablet contains 30mgs of Oxycodone, the active ingredient in Roxicodone, which is a narcotic pain reliever. Ive had an issue recently trying to fill my prescription for oxycodone 30 mg...any ideas of where I could go...?Im in California... ## What type of issue did you have? More details may enable someone to help you. DId the pharmacy give you a reason for not filling it? Were they out of stock? anyone know what to do? PHARMACY ALWAYS OUT' OR SHORT', but whrn they have some its less and i have to take what they have and suffer rest of the time, checked all over same problem every where i go, HELP' on disability and cant afford the name brand ## I find it very alarming that a lot of the pharmacies love to price gouge ....I went from paying about $125 to over $1,000 for my prescription in a matter of two yrs. every month the pharmacies would go up $0.50 to a dollar! This month it went from $8 to $10 each pill ...this should be illegal! It's as if they are legal drug dealers. It is so unfair ## ok yess they defiantly shouldnt do that its like they are dealing them to the customers lol :)

round flat 1/2 inch, light green, stamped K 8 has dviding line on other side ## Moved into a formally rented hosue and found 3 small round green pills with a K a score in between and a 8. My dog ate one while we was cleaning and has me extremely worried ## He should be okay depending on his weight. Prob high as a kite. on 1 side it got ON with a line under it.the other side it's got the numers 40 ## From what I could gather, this pill is identified as a 40mg OxyNEO tablet (oxycodone hydrochloride controlled release) from Canada. I Was Told By A Friend That The Manufactures Of Oxycodone 30 Had Program For People On To Pay Their Drugs Or Offer Discount Help ## I would look into what's called a "patient assistance program". Depending on who manufacturers your specific tablet, there are some companies that do offer this kind of help. Also if you run a google search for "rx drug discount card", there are numerous options for saving money on your oxycodone prescription. I found this formula somewhere on this site,used it a few days ago,and Il be damned it worked....Take the amount(in mg,s)of oxycodone or any other opiate,,divide that # by 2 until you get a # equal to/or less than. 01 Take the amount of times you divided to reach that. 01 # and multiply times 4.5 ......The # you come out with equals how many hours it takes to get that amount of drug out of your system.....I took 10mg oxy at 6am on Mon,took my piss test at 830am on Wed,and passed.....Go figure

I had a bad accident , I was in the Military and messed up my back even more. I've had nothing but problems having just one DR. and stop being treated like a convict, drugatic etc .etc. I just want to function like a normal person, sleep the right amount of hours. I don't abuse my medications, I started using these 2 yrs before getting medically retired from the military. We where tested for drugs constantly over and over and that did not bother me, what bothers me is that the minute I was out of the military I began having problems getting this prescription. To anyone who might want to help or give advice~ I am hoping you will see this and can reply as soon as possible. I had a drug test last friday and tested positive for oxycodone 30mgs which i was on since 2008 but i havent had any in a couple of months -- my doctor put me on hydromorphone 8mgs and there both opiates so is this possible or a false positive ## They were able to give you a specific dosage that they claim you tested positive for?
