Neucobal-G is just a nutritional supplement that contains a form of Vitamin B12, it is sometimes given because it's believed that it can support nerve function.
It may cause some nausea after you take it, but otherwise, since it is not a medication, it has not been tested for side effects as is done with actual drugs.

My mum took this medicine neucobal g 600, after taking this medicine her head and chest became heavy(like heavy) and very strong headache all over the head. Please tell me what to do to make her normal....do i need to admit her in a hospital.
