Levothyroxine 25mcg Reactions

So I have been taking levothyroxine 25mcg since December 2011. I definatley have been feeling a little odd but haven't noticed an increase in energy yet. Anyway my main concern is that I got my menstrual in January and it seemed normal which means it lasted about 7 days. This months not so much I have had my menstrual cycle since February 11 and it just won't go away, that is 15 days already. Does any now if this is a normal reaction or what. Has anyone had similar experiences.

Have you consulted your doctor?

It is a Thyroid hormone and I do know that they can sometimes throw you menstrual cycle off, when they are out of whack, even though there aren't any specific warnings about it with this medication.

However, I'd recommend talking to your doctor about it, just to be on the safe side.
