We'd like to start a new thread for the pill "JR 445" since the title of this one describes a pill with "L189" on it. Is the JR 445 pill the same color and shape as described in your original post "large red diamond shaped"?
I'm sorry no that's not it they have the letters JR on front and 445 on back
What you're describing sounds just like a 50mg Desvenlafaxine Extended Release manufactured by Ranbaxy. It's an antidepressant generic for Pristiq. Here's what the NIH site describes it as:
"50 mg, light pink colored, diamond shaped, biconvex tablets, debossed with ‘L189' on one side and plain on other side."
Does this sound like what you found? Hope this helps!
