I Accidentally Took Vitamin E 400 Iu While Pregnant
UpdatedHi! I just want to know what could be the possible effect of overdose vitamin E for the baby. I did not know it is not good to take the product while pregnant because there's no warning message in there package. I accidentally take 25 capsules. I am on my first trimester of pregnancy. Please help me.
