Hi Angel, Im a pharmaceutical doctor of over 20 years and it looks like you got lucky taking the XANAX when you did because fortunate enough for you XANAX of any kind or any milligram takes no less then 24 HOURS MINIMUM to enter your system. Therefore, The XANAX will NOT show up positive on ANY drug test until it has been AT LEAST 24 HOURS MINIMUM meaning it could take up to as much as 48 hours to enter your system. No angel, you're not stupid or ******* like the stupid ***** that said that. Some drugs take up to 2 or 3 hours to show up in your urine after taking them.

Even if you go to pain managment as long as you had your primary doctor prescribe it with a prescription they cant say anything because you were prescribed it .it is not a narcotic it's a benzo most pain management doctors only prescribe narcotics they tell you to go to your regular primary for stuff like that.

Is this 100% accurate? I took 3 xanax bars last night at 8pm and got called in for a random tox this morning at 11am, so is this true that it won't show up in my urine when I go in to tox today?
If you took it on Wednesday morning and you tested Friday, you are going to more than likely test positive, especially if you were taking it consistently before Wednesday. I played around with tests a lot, your only chance to pass the test is to go into a sauna or steam room after you work out and sweat like a maniac and drink more water than it seems healthy and theb you may have a chance.
Beat idea in my honest opinion would be to call him now and tell him you made a huge mistake after you had a panic attack and someone offered it to you during the panic attack so you thought on a panic response. I know it's hard to be honest like that but you will test positive 90% chance and telling the truth makes him respect your honesty and be able to trust you even though you test positive
