Steve you are giving this poor women FALSE information. Suboxone has a 24 to 36 hour half life SO no it will not be out of her system. I am not sure where you received your Doctors Degree But STOP misleading people. You should be ashamed of yourself. DO the research people in which were tested on the lowest doses and nonaddictive treated for 7 days at lowest doses only 30 percent came back clean in urine 60% in fecus. After 9- 11 days No one really knows how long it really takes. a nurse stated it took her exactly 24 days to show NO SIGNS at all. So Steve unless you know for certain please stop misleading people. Karma and that is what it is a B****!!!

Sub is tricky because of the lingering(let's say 36 hr) half life.. That's why taper is necessary.. If the half life were shorter it wouldn't build up in the body and cause such confusion.. Since 36 hrs is how long it takes for HALF of dose to be metabolized, If you take a dose of more than half before it has time to leave your system(1/2@36hrs), you're building the drug up in your blood.. So even though you're just taking a dose of 1 mg per 24 hrs, your bodies mu recepts hold on to over half that by next dose, hence your body now has 1.5 mgs and so on.. You have to do the math, but after awhile of daily dosing your body is flooded with the sub and dependent..

Last month I almost got kicked out of my PM program because I took 2 mg suboxone on Sunday and tested positive for it on Thursday (and I don't take it regularly).
I take 60 mg roxy per day (15 mg 4x per day). I'm trying to get doc to increase dosage because I keep running out. She said I have to test clean this week or be kicked out of program, but if I test clean, she will increase my meds.
I ran out again this month and got to feeling so bad that I took 2 mg 9 days ago and another 2 mg 8 days ago I go to PM doc on Friday, 3 days from now. Has it been time enough for suboxone to be out of my system for a PM drug test?

I have to get suboxone out of my system in 18 more days and be back to work. I was taking 4-8mg per day depending and most of the time I booted it
This is my last chance to be off I find myself every 3 days taking a tiny piece
All my doc prescribed to me is .25mg of Xanax per day. And its not helping me much at all. Idk what to do im trying to get through this I have 18 days to get back to work. Anything u know would help me out?

No if you only took 3 kpins, and you aren't heavily abusing them on a daily basis, its 3 days max for you to be clear. Trust me, I've experimented with many substances and know from personal experience with all the drug tests I've taken through the years. Don't sweat it!
