My wife has Scoliosis, lumbar and pelvic degeneration due to early age polio attack,Had MRI CT and all types of medical investigations.Recenty a Rumetologist prescribed NUROKIND (Gabapentin&Mecobalamin)tablet.Please inform me whether it is effective in the treatment for the above situation.

I am having back pain for a long period of time . (Almost three years ) MRI shows that there is a very mild bulge. Now for the past 6 months i have having severe leg ache (Right ) at the ankles.
