Fol Xt - Does It Help You Conceive?

My doctor advised me to use tab fol xt until i conceive... May i know what this medicine is used for?

This is a Folic Acid supplement, and it is vital to your ability to become pregnant, and to carry a baby to full term, without birth defects.

The NIH does warn that it may cause side effects, such as nausea, and diarrhea, due to its potency.

Have any other supplements been recommend for you?
