This is Guaifinex RX DM Extended Release, Dextromethorphan 30mgs, Guaifenesin 600mgs, and Pseudophedrine 60mgs, also sold under Dimetapp, Contac Cough & Cold and many others. (NDC 58177-0214)

This is a decongestant.
