Estradiol And Food Allergies
UpdatedHi. I've been taking Estradiol 10mg internally twice a week for three and half months now. It's helped with vaginal dryness and feeling a bit down and night sweats, but at the same time I had three blood tests done for my hormone levels at three different times. I'm on my cycle and they all came back as normal, but still I felt better taking this. However, in the last 6 weeks I've been having horrific anaphylactic reactions to foods I would normally eat and have found out that I'm allergic to most things like wheat, yeast, beef, diary and eggs and peanuts! Which I've always eaten without issues, I'm taking three priritize a day and waiting to be seen at Cambridge allergy hospital in October. I'm also suffering from a swollen throat, like raised glands and the feeling of a huge lump in my throat which is a nightmare, could be Globus?? I've read online that taking Estradiol can raise histamine levels dramatically... Can anyone relate to any of this?? I feel so alone.
