Cronic Constiation
Updatedi am on a 1200 calorie diet. Ihave divatilutictas and suffer from constipation 3-4 days without a movement what should i do?

My first thought after reading your description is that you should increase your fiber intake. The minimum RDA for fiber is 35g a day, but in my opinion, double or triple that may be very beneficial to you.
I personally eat around 70g of fiber a day from fruits such as figs, bananas, dates, mangos, oranges, etc. I would not recommend jumping to this number over night, but gradually increasing your fruit intake should help a lot. It's also very important that if you follow this, you should only have fruit by itself and with no other type of food other than more fruit. Having other food with fruit may deem this ineffective and could create more digestive issues such as bloating.
Other than increasing fiber intake, exercising daily and drinking plenty of water should also speed up this process. If you want to take extra precautions, supplementing with digestive enzymes can be a nice addition to the above suggestions.
