My grandchild of 14 years old is taking Ciclift, prescribed by a psichiatrist. I am not sure for what kind of illness it is for and I am worried because she says she doesn't feel well if she takes it. Is this normal? What excactly is Ciclift used for?

Cilift contains the active ingredient Citalopram, which is an SSRI class antidepressant, which may also be effective at treating anxiety.

You can learn more about it here:

Is there anything else I can help with?

The medication is actually called Cilift and my granddaughter is still taking them. The situation is still the same. Does my grandaughter have to be mentally ill to take them.
