Can we order Canadian Oxycontin legally? I heard Canada and the rest of the world has Oxycontin under different names.

No is the short answer , the drug ( All Drugs inbound ) to the usa , MUST have the USP label on it. Those Narcotics do not.

USP = United States Pharmaceutical

Actually no, it isn't legal to do so. If there is an approved U.S. version of the same medication then it is not allowed. If you were staying in another country and it was prescribed for you there, you can bring up to 3 months worth of a medication back with you, as long as you have a legal prescription.

The only way it would be legal is if all treatment options available in the U.S. have failed for a person for some reason or aren't available and medications that may help them are only available from a foreign country.
