i am on 76mls of methadone have been clean from heroin addiction for 8 months. things were great, me and my partner of 12 years were on a high because we were clean but for the past few weeks iv became majorly depressed and he my partner started getting 'itchy' he came home yesterday with heroin ....major regrets and i now feel so low and disgusted with us both its even worse because we are at the drug screening clinic today!! why i wasnt strong enough yesterday to say no is beyond me uuugh anyway my question is this if i got someone who is completely drug free to give me a urine sample and added a tiny droplet of methadone to it would i pass a drug screening test? i want to come clean we have been addicts for 10 years we have finally a brilliant drug worker who has helped us ALOT and put her neck on the line for us as well, the staff really liked us, they sent my partner away to detox 7 months ago and it cost them £3000 he was extremely lucky as that is hardly ever done in the town we live in and from the facility we are at i dnt even want to look them in the eyes. we feel so bad and dnt want to let anyone down. someone told us they have been putting methadone in clean urine for 2 yrs and getting away with it im not so sure about this? and am very anxious. my partner has more to lose he has manic depression and is on vallium we have been given weekly pick up in full for our methadone and he gets his vallium monthly hes worried theyl take our privaliges away frm us so has asked me to do it just this once and he will never put me in the position again. if this isnt going to work i dnt even want to try it id rather just come clean and be honest and get the help we need but im not getting through to him and i dnt wnat to make him look bad if he lies and i tell the truth. thanks.

No..the tests are wild so to speak..if you freeze and thaw it the methamphetamine is gone.. It's like putting a drop in 3000 gallons of water.. Undetectable...and you'll fail the test.

Know this post isn't recent but the tests my unit use has changed recently as have a lot in the UK and you can't add methadone to clean urine with the new tests as you could the old ones. The new tests can tell if the methadone was taken and has passed through your system, so adding a few drops after can't be done now as they can tell. I have been stable on my methadone for years but prob about every 2 months I take heroin and crack, and seeing as I don't smoke cigarettes or anything or drink at all I don't see doing this as the worst thing or as a failure or not doing well; but if it made me do a positive it would be seen as such. So be good. If I knew how to make the new tests show clean and like the methadone has passed through me, I did wonder if putting a few drops in, then boiling it would work?

I am just plain disgusted by people looking for how to deceive and cheat themselves out of drug tests. So for once, get honest! Don't waste your time looking for a method to deceive like a bunch of creeps! Instead, EARN a positive result! How about it?

I call BS on your post. No freedom of speech? WTH?? I totally agree with him, if you're in the program don't cheat! If you screw up, come clean, so what if you have to start over! The program is there to help get us off the H or opiates, not to be on for years & years, if that's the case then you aren't " trying to get clean" you're trading one drug for another, period. Your dose should slowly go down not up & up.

Well I got my test tomorrow 10am. I have been taking heroin between yr 2000 - 2002. Went to rehab for 18 months and been clean since. 13 years sober no methadone or anything like that. last yr after loosing my partner of 10 yrs to cancer (watching him die day by day) I have started drinking very heavily and that lead to h.. I know thats not an excuse to start again and I should of known better etc. So got myself on the script. So I am on the methadone for the last 3 weeks with daily supervised consumption. I have managed to stay clean for all my ua tests but slipped up yesterday and I know I got no chances of passing it. I am with someone now (we used to be friends and he's been my rock when I was going through the worst time in my life but unfortunately he takes h as well). I live with him and he's still taking h in front of me so considering I think I have done well. I got on the script for both of us as he cant do it himself (wanted by police so hes scared they grass him up etc) My dose is 60 ml I don't need that much so the plan was we can share it (20ml for me 40ml for him) and stop h all together. I had supervised consumption for all this time and each day managed to blag and keep some in my mouth for him and spit it in the bottle as soon the chemist left (managed around 30 ml each time). So tomorrow if everything was ok I will finally be allowed an unsupervised pick up every 3 days. And have f***ed up cos we just got some doe come through (15k) so u can imagine how hard it was not to give in. I am gonna get clean urine and put some methadone in to pass it. I need to do it otherwise we are never gonna stop this s*** and blow all this money which has been given to us as inheritance. We r moving away from here to a remote house in the middle of nowhere to help us finish with this. So I really hope I am gonna pass it. Please don't judge me and my decisions.

Hey.. Your comments and messages have been very helpful to me. i go to a methadone clinic as well and because of my occasional weed use, I have been bringing clean pee into the clinic for my weekly screenings. I get 60mg of the wafers per day and what I did last week(was the 1st time I took urine other than my own) was i jus sprinkled like maybe a half a mg into the bottle of urine before going to the clinic. But i am SO nervous because when i go in this morning, they should have the results and i keep thinking about that reply where he was talking about the methadone not being metabolised! Now I am researching and i think I need to be mixing the little piece of methadone wafer with boiling hot water for several minutes AND THEN I am supposed to add it to the urine sample?? I am freaking OUT ya'll! If they find out that i'm cheating, then I'll be kicked out and i NEED this Methadone Treatment to keep me off of the 300-400 mg of Oxycontin I was using daily:( I think it gets sent off to a lab or something because one time when I drank BUTTLOADS of water for like 2 days straight to pass a screen, my counselour told me that something was off in my urinalysis... some number was a little high beecause I proabably drank too many fluids... I didn't gget in trouble b.c. it was not over the 'limit.' I wish I could remember what that substance was called! Anyways... any advice on how to be correctly add the methadone to the clean urine??

What happened?were your results clean?Im going to have to add meth to clean urine for my test next week because my urine will be dirty for benzos,I think?I dont no how long they stay in your system. My sample gets sent to a lab too, please let me no if yours came up clear.Iv had 18 months of clean samples for brown and 2 dirty for benzos any more and Il be back to daily pick up

You cannot pass a drug test with methadone after 24 hours. Only if you drink massive amounts of cranberry juice, NOT WATER, WATER IS A MYTH!!

i have a urine test on saturday and today is thursday well any way my drug screen is at methadone clinic because i am on methadone but i used methamphetamine at 9am today , if i drank one of them detox drinks from head shop tomorrow "friday" and drink alot of water and saturday morning cpl hrs before i go to clinic for the u.a. take my methadone , will it work ??? please any ideas please thanks !

Listen people, you are being duped. There is no way in HELL that that worked. It would NOT work because EVERY methadone clinic in the COUNTRY is required BY LAW to count your metabolites to make sure you are not doing what you ARE doing, which is getting high and fooling everybody including yourself. If you wanna be on the methadone clinic AND do dope, get the f*** off the clinic and out of other ppl's way like me, who really ARE staying off the s***, because we are all sick of you people and your s*** f***ing up everything for everyone. Like when I get my takehomes taken for bulls***, and ur sittin here with takehomes and ive had multiple years sober.
