Are My New Pills Zolipidem?
UpdatedJust got a new prescription for zolpidem. It is different from previous prescriptions. This one is round and pinkish color coating over a white center with marking on one side only M with a Z2 underneath. I cut them in half. Effect is different from the oblong, white pills I am accustomed to. Anybody familiar with these and are they zolpidem?

Hello, Snooks! How are you?
This tablet is manufactured by Mylan Pharmaceuticals and they do list it as containing 10mgs of Zolpidem, a generic for Ambien, which is used for the short term treatment of insomnia.
The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, hallucinations, sleep actions and next day hangover-like effects.
Are they just not working for you or are you experiencing other symptoms?
