They should just bring it back! It really works when you have a sore throat. I think it is the best remedy you can buy.

2022 still nothing on getting this back to market. They think covid-19 is bad, bring back the stuff that works. A relaunch was supposed to have happened over 4 years ago.

I also grew up with it. It was the best sore throat remedy ever until the dentist did it in. Give me a break. Anyone with any sense will see medical or dental attention IF they are having continued sore throat issues. I am tired of the government acting as if they are smarter than it's citizens.

I have to agree with Aspergum's pain relief after having my tonsils out. The only thing that helped. Hope they do bring it back. Better than lozenges.

Me too. I actually tucked away piece of well chewed wad under my tongue as far back as I could. This helped the horrible pain I had every morning.

As of April 27th, 2016 an article by drug store news was published discussing how Retrobrands USA is looking to bring Aspergum back to the market. According to Jeff Kaplan, president of Retrobrands USA, 2017 is the year they anticipate bringing it back.

You know it was discontinued because some nanny group thought children might get to it. Since drowning is the most common child death then California and all the other liberal dimwitted will outlaw water without an Rx and only then with an approved EMT on stand by.
