Might be wrong but I think the pill you have is actually 325 mg Acetaminophen, like regular Tylenol without codeine

Jamie is right. The pill in description is Acetaminophen (325 mg). No Codeine in this pill.

Acetaminophen is a widely used over-the-counter analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer).
