i can't sleep overnight since i start epitril 0.25 mg,,before i was taking zapiz 0.25 mg alternate days which was good for sleep but sometimes it was not able controling my fear, i consult my doctor a week ago they prescribe me epitril0.25 mg instead of zapiz ,i really could overcome my fear with epitril but lost my sleep and start over excitement,pls advice how can i overcome my genetic fear which was in my father too,,
